How does QR join work?

Open QR Join Mode on your host device and face it toward the door. Guests scan the code, join themselves, and get a live tracking link instantly.

Do guests need to download anything?

No. Guests receive a text with a link to track their place in line. No app or account required.

Can guests remove themselves from the waitlist?

Yes. The tracking link includes an option for guests to remove themselves if plans change.

Can we try it without changing our current process?

Yes — you can run Shokken alongside your current waitlist for a shift or two to see how it fits. In-person setup for your first shift is available free in Las Vegas.

What does it cost?

QR self-join is free. A paid plan is only needed if you want guest text notifications or host-managed joins at the stand. Terms

No — anyone can join the pilot. Las Vegas restaurants can also request in-person setup.
